ひとことで。 「あの日（Madeleine）」は、あなたの写真と思い出をあなたの端末の中だけで扱います。写真がクラウドや外部サーバーにアップロードされることはありません。アカウント登録は不要で、私たちはあなたの写真や個人データを収集・閲覧・保存しません。
1. 本アプリが扱う情報
- 写真とそのメタデータ: あなたが取り込んだ写真、撮影日時、写真に埋め込まれた位置情報（EXIF GPS）。これらはすべて端末内で読み込み・解析・保存されます。
- 位置情報: (a) 写真に埋め込まれた GPS、(b) 任意機能「位置ロガー」で記録する軌跡（座標と時刻）。いずれも端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。座標を地名に変換する逆ジオコーディングは行いません。
- オンデバイス AI 解析（任意・オプトイン）: 写真を「意味」で連想する機能を有効にした場合のみ、AI 解析を行います。解析はすべて端末内で実行され、写真が外部に送られることはありません。
2. 情報の保存場所
- すべてのデータ（写真のサムネイル、除外印、AI 特徴量、色特徴、位置の記録など）はあなたの端末内のローカルストレージに保存されます（ブラウザ版は IndexedDB、アプリ版は端末内データベース）。
- 私たちのサーバーは存在しません。バックエンドもアカウントもクラウド同期もありません。
- 機種変更時は、OS の仕組み（iOS の Quick Start / iCloud バックアップ等）でデータが新端末へ移ります。これは Apple／OS が暗号化して扱うもので、私たちはアクセスできません。
3. 私たちが収集しないもの
- アカウント情報（そもそも登録不要）
- 利用状況・行動の解析（アナリティクスやトラッキングを一切行いません）
- あなたの写真・位置・個人データのアップロード
- 広告のための個人プロファイリング
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリは最小限の外部サービスのみを使います。いずれにもあなたの写真は送信しません。
- 地図タイル: 地図を表示する際、地図タイルの提供元（CARTO、国土地理院 など）に、あなたの IP アドレスと表示中の地図範囲が送られます（オンライン地図に共通の仕組み）。写真や個人を特定する情報は送られません。
- AI モデルの取得: オンデバイス AI を有効にした初回のみ、解析用の AI モデルを配信元（CDN）からダウンロードします。ダウンロードが行われるだけで、あなたの写真は送信されません。
- 広告（広告ありの版のみ）: AdMob による非パーソナライズ広告のみを表示します。あなたを追跡するための識別子（IDFA 等）は使わず、ATT（トラッキング許可）も求めません。ただし広告の配信・不正防止のため、広告 SDK が IP アドレス等の限定的な情報に触れることがあります。広告は設定画面など体験の外周にのみ表示し、思い出を見る画面（ランダム表示・連想・拡大）には出しません。
- アプリ内課金: 広告除去（¥300）などの購入は Apple（App Store）／ Google（Google Play）を通じて処理されます。決済情報（カード番号等）を私たちが受け取ることはありません。購入の確認に RevenueCat を利用する場合があります。
5. 権限について
- 写真へのアクセス: 写真を読み込み・解析するためにのみ使用します。許可はいつでも OS の設定から取り消せます。
- 位置情報: 「位置ロガー」を使う場合のみ要求します（任意・既定オフ）。
- これらの権限で得た情報を外部に送ることはありません。

In one line. “Ano Hi (Madeleine)” keeps your photos and memories on your device only. Your photos are never uploaded to any cloud or external server. No account is required, and we do not collect, view, or store your photos or personal data.
1. Information the app handles
- Photos and their metadata: the photos you import, their capture date/time, and any embedded location (EXIF GPS). All of this is read, analyzed, and stored entirely on your device.
- Location: (a) GPS embedded in photos, and (b) the trail recorded by the optional “location logger” (coordinates and timestamps). Both are stored only on your device and are never transmitted. We do not perform reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into place names).
- On-device AI analysis (optional, opt-in): only if you enable the “meaning”-based association feature. All analysis runs entirely on your device; your photos are never sent anywhere.
2. Where information is stored
- All data (photo thumbnails, exclusion marks, AI features, color features, location records, etc.) is stored in local storage on your device (IndexedDB in the web version; an on-device database in the app version).
- We operate no servers. There is no backend, no account, and no cloud sync.
- When you switch phones, your data moves to the new device through OS mechanisms (e.g., iOS Quick Start / iCloud Backup). This is handled and encrypted by Apple/the OS; we have no access to it.
3. What we do not collect
- Account information (no sign-up at all)
- Usage or behavioral analytics (we do no analytics or tracking)
- Uploads of your photos, location, or personal data
- Personal profiling for advertising
4. Third-party services
The app uses only a minimal set of external services. Your photos are never sent to any of them.
- Map tiles: when you view the map, the map-tile providers (CARTO, GSI Japan, etc.) receive your IP address and the map area you are viewing — standard for any online map. No photos or identifying information are sent.
- AI model download: only the first time you enable on-device AI, the analysis model is downloaded from a content delivery network (CDN). Only the download takes place; your photos are not sent.
- Advertising (only in versions that show ads): we show non-personalized ads only via AdMob. We do not use tracking identifiers (such as IDFA) and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission. For ad delivery and fraud prevention, the ad SDK may access limited information such as your IP address. Ads appear only at the periphery of the experience (e.g., settings) and never on the memory-viewing screens (random view, association, full-screen).
- In-app purchases: purchases such as ad removal (¥300) are processed by Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play). We never receive payment details (e.g., card numbers). We may use RevenueCat to verify purchases.
5. Permissions
- Photo access: used solely to read and analyze your photos. You can revoke it anytime in your OS settings.
- Location: requested only if you use the “location logger” (optional, off by default).
- Information obtained through these permissions is never sent externally.

- Revoke photo access (in OS settings)
- Turn off the on-device AI feature
- Remove ads (in-app purchase)
- Deleting the app erases all local data on your device
7. Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal data, and it does not collect personal data from any particular age group.
8. Security
Keeping your data on your device is itself the strongest protection. The app relies on the storage protection provided by your operating system.
