ボイスカレンダー（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計しています。本アプリの開発者は、利用者の個人データを一切収集しません。本アプリは開発者のサーバーを持たず、アカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、広告・解析（アナリティクス）・第三者のトラッキング SDK を一切使用しません。
マイク・音声認識
- 予定を声で入力するためにマイクと音声認識を使用します。
- 音声認識は可能な限り端末内（オンデバイス）で行います。お使いの端末・言語がオンデバイス認識に対応していない場合、iOS 標準の音声認識機能を通じて Apple の音声認識サービスが処理することがあります。
- いずれの場合も、本アプリの開発者が音声データや変換後の文字を受け取ることはありません。音声は予定テキストへの変換のためだけに一時的に使われ、本アプリが録音として保存・送信することはありません。
カレンダー
- 作成した予定を端末のカレンダーに「追加のみ」します（書き込み専用アクセス）。
- 既存の予定は読み取りません。本アプリはカレンダーの内容を閲覧・取得しません。
- 追加された予定は利用者自身のカレンダーに保存されます。iCloud や Google カレンダー等への同期は、iOS の設定に従って OS が行います。本アプリが外部サービスと直接通信することはありません。
端末内に保存される情報
- 入力中の下書き、詳細設定、入力履歴、辞書の登録内容は端末内にのみ保存されます。外部へ送信されることはありません。
- 「保存時に位置情報も記録する」設定（既定はオフ）を有効にした場合、取得した位置情報も端末内にのみ保存されます。
AI 連携（任意・既定はオフ）
- 「まとめて入力」で長い文章から予定を読み取る機能は、利用者自身が用意した API キー（Anthropic または Google）を登録した場合にのみ動作します。キーを登録しない限り、本アプリが外部の AI サービスと通信することはありません。
- この機能を使うと、入力した文章（辞書機能の展開結果を含む）が、利用者の選んだ AI 事業者へ端末から直接送信されます。送信先での処理は各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。開発者のサーバーは存在せず、開発者が文章や API キーを受け取ることはありません。
- API キーはこの端末内にのみ保存されます。共有端末では保存しないでください。本アプリ専用に使用上限付きのキーを発行することを推奨します。
- 「AI用の指示をコピー」で文面をコピーし、外部のチャット AI に利用者自身が貼り付けた場合も、その内容は貼り付け先のサービスに渡ります。
第三者への提供
本アプリは、開発者による個人データの収集を行わないため、第三者への販売・提供もありません。Apple のオペレーティングシステムが提供する音声認識・カレンダー同期などの機能は、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは特に子どもを対象としたものではなく、個人データを収集しません。
ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を改めます。

Privacy Policy

VoiceCalendar (the “App”) is designed with privacy first. The developer of the App does not collect any personal data. The App has no developer-operated server, requires no account or sign-in, and uses no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Microphone & Speech Recognition
- The microphone and speech recognition are used to enter schedule details by voice.
- Speech recognition is performed on-device wherever supported. On devices or languages where on-device recognition is unavailable, Apple’s speech recognition service may process the audio via the standard iOS speech APIs.
- In all cases, the developer never receives your audio or transcribed text. Audio is used only transiently to produce schedule text and is not stored or transmitted by the App as a recording.
Calendar
- The App only adds events you create to your device calendar (write-only access).
- The App does not read your existing calendar events.
- Added events are stored in your own calendar. Any sync to iCloud, Google Calendar, etc. is performed by the operating system per your iOS settings. The App does not communicate with external services directly.
Data Stored On Your Device
- Drafts, settings, input history, and dictionary entries are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
- If you enable the optional location-capture setting (off by default), location data is also stored only on your device.
AI Integration (Optional, Off by Default)
- The batch-input feature that reads events from long text works only if you register your own API key (Anthropic or Google). Without a key, the App never communicates with any AI service.
- When used, the text you enter (including dictionary expansions) is sent directly from your device to the AI provider you chose. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies. There is no developer server; the developer never receives your text or your key.
- Your API key is stored only on your device. Avoid saving it on shared devices; we recommend issuing a key with a spending limit for this App.
- If you copy the generated prompt and paste it into an external chat AI yourself, that content is likewise shared with that service.
Third Parties & Children
Because the developer collects no personal data, none is sold or shared. OS-provided features (speech recognition, calendar sync) follow Apple’s privacy policy. The App is not directed at children and collects no personal data.
